A new central air conditioning system is a smart investment and at JJ Powell, we only install time-tested, energy-efficient systems. Today's central air conditioning systems offer you significant savings.
A central air conditioner's energy efficiency is measured in a unit called SEER - seasonal energy efficiency ratio. The SEER is the cooling output divided by the power consumption, with climate and other variables factored in. The higher the SEER, the better - a rating of 10 is considered the minimum for new systems. Your older system might have a SEER of 7 or 8 - or even less. The SEER will be listed prominently on the yellow-and-black Energy Guide.
When you have us replace your older central air conditioner with a new SEER unit, with rating between 13 and 24.5, you can lower your cooling costs by at least 30 percent! We always install new systems with excellent SEER ratings.
Our team of experienced technicians is highly trained and installs central air conditioning systems you can count on to keep you and your family cool no matter how hot it gets. And you can be sure - JJ Powell will take every measure to ensure satisfaction with your new system. Below you will find images of the brands we are currently installing and links to their web sites so you can learn more about these terrific products.
